The DODO Ethical Codex defines our policies and rules in the fields of Compliance, Ethical Conduct, Responsibility for Corporate Reputation, Anti-Corruption Policy, ESG Principles and Whistleblowing.
An integral part of this is constituted by the Ethical Codex for Couriers, which is generally binding for all couriers working in DODO and which defines the rules of conduct and responsibility of our couriers.
OIS Policy specifies our information security management system and data security in more detail. It covers information systems, hardware and software, networks and cloud environments, as well as the roles and responsibilities of staff in these fields.
